Enrolment

Enrolment is possible over the phone. In addition to a thorough personal consultation, we arrange an admission appointment with you, clarify payment of the costs and take your personal details. We then send you a binding written confirmation of your stay.
We can also gladly arrange a preliminary appointment for you at the clinic to consult with one of our specialists and familiarise yourself with the premises. A referral from a registered doctor is not generally necessary for admission to our clinic, but advisable in individual cases if you wish to request reimbursement of the costs.

Immediate admissions and transfer service

In principle, immediate or emergency admissions in an intoxicated or alcoholic state are always possible. A medical professional is present around the clock for this purpose. Enquiries can be made concerning the availability of an emergency bed on our central telephone number: +49 180 / 55 747 55.

Costs/cost coverage

The services of our private clinic are aimed mainly at private patients and direct payers. As a private clinic, we do not have any cost reimbursement contracts with the public health insurance providers or German Statutory Pension Scheme. If you have voluntary public health insurance, you can enquire in advance whether your insurer will reimburse a small proportion of the costs based on our BAR certification.

We can gladly assist private patients in applying for cost reimbursement. The costs are charged at a daily rate, which includes our extensive medical and therapeutic services as well as accommodation and catering. Please call our advice hotline for a detailed cost plan.

Please note that we only accept Euro. However, if you are a UK-based customer and would like to see our prices in GBP for reference, please let us know when you email us.

Admission examination

On arrival, an initial appraisal takes place, comprising thorough psychological and physical diagnostic examinations. An individual treatment plan is then created for you, which will include intensive and comprehensive therapeutic support along with treatment of your somatic symptoms. Based on the findings of the admission examination, the duration of the therapy initially recommended will be reviewed and adjusted, if necessary, to suit your personal situation.

Residential stay

One special feature of our rehab therapy is that detoxification begins immediately, if necessary. In such cases, detox and subsequent withdrawal treatment are combined in a holistic therapeutic approach. This reduces waiting times and prevents potential relapses following detoxification. The reasons for the addiction are examined as part of the intensive, individual psychotherapy, and accompanying or underlying conditions such as depression or anxiety disorders are also treated accordingly.
